Let me introduce myself a bit before starting: My name is Gala and I'm the proud owner of the incorrectgreeks twitter account. I'm a Spanish 22 year old girl that one day started to read about greek deities and ended up being hellenistic. I practice hellenism mixed with witchcraft.

Why am I doing this blog?

Turns out that some people asked me about the hellenistic religion because they were interested and didn't know how to start.

I don't want anyone to join this religion unless they want to. My point isn't to catch people, I'll just talk about my experience with hellenism! If you want to join, cool, and if you don't want to, also cool.

Maybe you're wondering if there's people who actually believe in greek gods these days: it's an official religion on Greece. You don't need to be greek to join it, but I guess is easier when you're there because there's a lot of temples and places to go!

And if you're wondering why I'm into this... it just makes me so so happy (so, please, if anyone is here to laugh at me or mocking, just go. Respect people who isn't doing harmful things and let others enjoy what makes them feel good. Thank you!).

In this blog I'll explain how to start, how to pray, how to let the deities come to your home, things you should know, a bit of history (in case you're new and don't know who is the son of who and all of that)...
